I n field of Procurement FANPA Abilities as follows :

FANPA Have a broad experience on cooperation with professional vendors of offshore field ; Marine Power Management Systems, Switch Boards, Transformers / UPS, DC Convertors, Winches, Cranes, Pumps, HVAC, Drilling, Pipe Laying, etc.

FANPA support services manages the vendor mobilization , vendor tasks management and vendor report of situation / observations.

FANPA integrates the Engineering, Operation, Maintenance requirements on Material, Special services and vendor/subcontractors services.

All in all , FANPA will:

• Manage the relationship with suppliers
• Primary interface contact with customer and control dispatch receipt
• Facilitate contract review & progress meeting
• Commercial disposition –quotation-contract review ,sales orders processing
• Sound knowledge of offshore and onshore oil production and inventory materials
• Liaising With Suppliers
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide the list of Vendors & Bidder List
• Get offers & bids
• Commercial evaluation
• Evaluation of offers and bids
• Negotiate and get agreement
• Negotiate prices and deliveries for quotations and new orders
• Places orders to local & oversea Vendors
• Search for new local & oversea vendors

Managing the purchasing and logistic activities

Coordination of procurement/purchasing activities

• Preparing bidder short list

• Investigating bid documents specially commercial and contractual terms

• Sending inquiries and receiving quotations/ proposal

• Investigating the receiving proposals

• Correspondences with vendors/suppliers

• Participate in negotiation meeting and provide the reports

• Commercial bid/ proposal evaluation

• Progress reports

• Preparation of quotation to the client

• Familiar with commercial invoices, L/C procedure, shipping, customs clearance and delivery processes

• Control stock levels in warehouse ensuring spare parts availability

Knowledge of shipping and logistics and international business

coordinate between our office commissioning /Project department and the Vendors for mobilization of their engineers for Pre-com/Commissioning installed equipments, to Our Yards

Coordinate vendor query, Documents requested & site queries
